Check this range against your project

An exact 4-inch setting is 101.6 mm, and 5 inches is 127 mm—both are within the listed range. Check the setting required at the lowest point of the floor as well; the tallest required setting must not exceed 130 mm.

For kitchen base cabinets, utility cabinets and built-ins with a measured support span inside 100–130 mm. Coordinate the cabinet box, countertop and nearby appliance openings as one installation.

Kitchen-base planning

Plan 4-inch cabinet legs around the finished cabinet height

A cabinet leg’s adjustment height is only one part of the finished counter height. The cabinet box, countertop and mounting details all contribute. Check the actual support settings required by the full assembly before choosing the 100–130 mm range.

Four inches converts to 101.6 mm, placing it near the bottom of this model’s range. Five inches converts to 127 mm, near the top. A setting close to a limit leaves less room for floor variation in that direction.

Example: a cabinet run needing 104–121 mm settings

This model covers the full span. The 80–110 mm option stops too low for 121 mm, while the 120–150 mm option cannot cover 104 mm. The correct comparison uses both measurements.

Leveling a cabinet run on an uneven floor

01 · Reference

Establish one level reference

Work from a consistent cabinet reference line and check floor variation at the planned leg positions. Setting every foot to the same extension does not create a level run over an uneven floor.

02 · Level

Check front and rear support

Measure and adjust across the depth as well as along the run. Follow the cabinet’s fixing and support instructions, and recheck alignment as cabinets are joined.

03 · Coordinate

Check appliance openings

Coordinate finished counter height and the floor in each appliance bay. Do not assume that a leg range automatically creates the clearance required by a dishwasher or another appliance.

Separate structural support from the cabinet finish

MDF fronts and edge finishing

For modern cabinet fronts, explore Acrylic MDF panels. Choose edge banding by the panel’s material and finish—not by the cabinet foot height. Panel selection is not approval of a particular leg mounting arrangement.

Count support points before choosing a pack

Order from an approved support layout rather than a universal “four legs per cabinet” rule. Cabinet width, partitions, countertop weight and the mounting system can change the required support arrangement.

Quantity example—not a support recommendation

If your completed support plan calls for 24 legs, two 12-piece packs contain 24 legs. Buying one 48-piece pack means receiving 48 legs; it does not specify how many cabinets that pack supports.

Use a custom project quote for a larger hardware order. The plywood sheet-discount schedule is not assumed to apply to these leg packs.

Questions about the 100–130 mm cabinet levelers

Does this range include an exact 4-inch or 5-inch setting?

Yes as a catalog height-range check: 4 inches is 101.6 mm and 5 inches is 127 mm. Verify that your assembled mounting reference uses the same height measurement.

What if one corner needs 134 mm?

134 mm exceeds this model’s 130 mm maximum. Recheck the entire support span before choosing an alternative; a taller range will not help if another location needs a setting below its minimum.

Should every leg in the cabinet run have the same extension?

Not on an uneven floor. The aim is a level cabinet reference; the required setting can differ by support location. Follow the cabinet maker’s installation method.

Can the cabinet box estimator calculate my leg count?

The cabinet box estimator is for panel planning. Determine leg count and placement from the structural support plan, then select the appropriate pack quantity.

Are mounting screws or toe-kick clips included?

Do not assume a particular screw or clip set from the pack-count label. Confirm the current package contents and attachment requirements with Berta before ordering for a specific cabinet.
