For locations outside our direct delivery network, orders are shipped using third-party freight carriers. Our team manually calculates shipping rates based on pallet quantity, delivery location, freight carrier pricing, and transit availability.

After reviewing your request, Berta Store will email a custom invoice with complete order details, calculated freight charges, and a secure payment link for the full order.
Estimated Freight Transit Time
Orders shipped outside our main delivery area typically arrive within approximately 6–10 business days depending on freight carrier scheduling, route availability, and final delivery location.

Most plywood and MDF orders are prepared for freight pickup within approximately one business day. Once the order is ready, the freight company schedules pickup directly from our warehouse.
