At Berta Store, we supply cabinet-grade plywood, MDF panels, hardware, and professional building materials for contractors, cabinet shops, builders, and serious DIY projects.

This Shipping Policy explains our delivery process, shipping methods, estimated delivery timelines, and important delivery conditions.

Delivery Regions

Berta Store currently delivers plywood and MDF panel materials using our own trucks to the following states:

  • New York
  • Pennsylvania
  • Connecticut
  • Delaware
  • Maryland
  • Massachusetts
  • Virginia

For other states, orders may be shipped using third-party freight and shipping carriers.

Delivery Methods

Shipping and delivery methods vary depending on:

Available shipping options are presented during checkout when applicable.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within approximately 1–2 business days.

Large volume orders, bulk purchases, special orders, or high-demand products may require additional processing time.

Orders placed outside business hours may begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines vary based on destination, delivery route, freight scheduling, weather conditions, and product availability.

Typical delivery timelines for direct delivery regions are approximately 3–4 business days after shipment confirmation.

Residential Deliveries

All deliveries are curbside delivery only.

Customers must be present during delivery.

For residential deliveries, our driver may assist with unloading sheet materials when possible. Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and accessible unloading conditions at the delivery location.

Delivery Inspection

Customers are responsible for inspecting materials at the time of delivery.

If visible damage, major defects, or shipping issues are noticed during delivery, customers may refuse the affected materials directly with the driver before acceptance.

Claims submitted after materials are unloaded, cut, installed, modified, stored outdoors, or used may not qualify for replacement or refund.

Third-Party Freight Shipments

For deliveries outside our direct truck delivery regions, orders may ship through third-party freight carriers.

While all shipments are carefully packaged and insured, Berta Store cannot fully guarantee freight carrier handling conditions during transportation.

If freight damage occurs, customers must contact us immediately with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damaged materials
  • Photos of pallet and packaging condition

Our team will cooperate with the freight carrier and insurance provider to assist with claim resolution.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Product dimensions
  • Weight
  • Freight requirements
  • Order size

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout or provided through custom freight quotes when applicable.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information or delivery updates will be provided when available.

Certain freight deliveries may require direct scheduling coordination with the customer.

Order Changes

If you need to update your shipping address or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been prepared, scheduled, shipped, or transferred to a freight carrier, modifications may not be possible.
