7/8" (21mm) vs. 3/4" (18mm) Baltic Birch Plywood

The 21mm panel is 3mm thicker than the 18mm panel. Both share the BB/BB grade and unfinished birch surfaces, but they are not interchangeable in a cut list without checking dimensions. Match the sheet thickness to your design, including grooves, dadoes, hardware clearances, and the width needed to cover exposed edges. Select 21mm where your project calls for a thicker panel; keep 18mm where the design and fittings are sized for 18mm material.
