Bulk Bundle Program Overview

Our bulk plywood bundle program is designed for cabinet shops, millwork companies, contractors, and commercial builders that need palletized material delivered efficiently and consistently.

If you're ordering 100 sheets or more, your shipment moves by freight — not local truck delivery.

Available Bundle Sizes

We offer three standard bundle quantities:

• 100 Sheets (2 pallets)
• 200 Sheets (4 pallets)
• 300 Sheets (6 pallets)
  

Each pallet contains 50 sheets, professionally stacked and secured for freight transport.

Panel Specifications

All bulk bundles include:

• 4×8 cabinet-grade plywood panels
• 3/4" thickness
• Multi-ply hardwood veneer core
• UV-finished on both sides
  

Finish Options

• Birch
• White Melamine
  

Every bundle is graded consistently so your entire order machines and finishes the same way — no color variation surprises between pallets.

Regional & Nationwide Freight Coverage

We operate under two shipping structures depending on destination.

Northeast Coast – Free Freight Delivery

Bulk bundle orders qualify for FREE freight delivery to:

• New Jersey (NJ)
• New York (NY)
• Pennsylvania (PA)
• Connecticut (CT)
• Delaware (DE)
• Washington, DC
  

Estimated Delivery Time:

3–4 business days

Shipments originate from our Pennsauken, NJ warehouse and are coordinated through regional freight carriers.

Nationwide Freight – All Other States

We ship bulk plywood bundles across the United States.

Estimated Delivery Time:

5–8 business days depending on destination and carrier scheduling.

Freight pricing is calculated based on:

• Distance from our NJ warehouse
• Number of pallets
• Current carrier rates
• Lift gate requirement (if needed)
  

If you're outside our Northeast free zone, we’ll provide a freight quote before dispatch.

How Bundles Are Prepared for Freight

Each pallet is:

• Square-stacked (50 sheets per pallet)
• Industrial-strapped
• Corner and edge protected
• Fully wrapped for transport stability
  

This preparation reduces shifting during transit and protects panel corners from freight handling damage.

Delivery Day Requirements

Because bulk plywood bundles ship via commercial freight:

• Someone must be present to receive the shipment
• Ground-level access is required
• A clear unloading area must be available
• Lift gate service must be requested in advance if needed
  

Freight carriers will not unload into garages, basements, or inside buildings.

Sheet Orders vs Bulk Bundles
